Terrascan airborne provides commercial airborne geophysical surveys on light fixed wing and helicopter platforms. The advantages of light platforms are:
- slow and low flying to improve data resolution (down to 20 m line spacing)
- very silent to be used in sensitive areas like natural parcs, over populated areas etc.
- cost effective due to lower fuel consumption
- up to 10 times less CO2 emission than conventional fixed wing and helicopter platforms
